Your safety and privacy are very important to us. When you volunteer your information for a specific gift, to sign up for a newsletter, or any other action requiring information to validate and execute, we use your information for those purposes. Should you wish to unsubscribe from any HCV publication or communication, you may do so. Should you encounter any issue, please reach out to us. We are happy to help! We do not share, sell, or otherwise disseminate your personal information to outside organizations.
Should you want to make a specific give, remain anonymous, or any other concerns related to a specific gift, our communications team will honor your request(s). For example, we list gifts related to our Levels of Giving on our yearly newsletter, but can keep personal information excluded.
HCV may release personal information under the following circumstances:
- Where release is required by law or regulation or is requested by a government agency;
- Where our records indicate that a person may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a government agency should be made aware of;
- To appropriate persons, if a person’s communication suggests possible harm to others.
Concerning Site Usage
Given our education focus and 2-gen model, we aim to use this site as a way for our parents, children, and residents to learn more about the Homewood Children’s Village. HCV does not knowingly solicit data from children, nor does it knowingly market to children.
